Merchandise purchased in a retail store must be returned to the original place of purchase to ensure that a proper credit may be received. We can only accept returns from items purchased at this online store.

To check the status of your order, go to the Order Status page. Your Order ID can be found on your order confirmation email. You will need your Order ID, name, and email address that was used on the purchase. Once you log-in , you can view order details, see your order status, and track your order. Automatic emails with tracking information are sent via email, once an order has shipped.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. If needed, your order can be returned for a full refund within 30 days per return guidelines in original, unopened packaging.
